@datacommando - thanks for that link - IDK why it didn't come up when I searched for the error code but anyhow, turning off HW Compatibility did the trick.

I'll have to read the rest of that thread later to see if any better solutions came up.

This came up because I spent most of the day comparing plugins, particularly Rectifiers from AT5, ToneX and NDSP.

Had a lot of fun. They all sound good. There really isn't anything really bad out there anymore.

Well, I haven't tried Positive Grid lately...

Good to know you managed to fix the issue. Search can be quite hit a miss, not just on here, but right across the interwebs.

I generally stick to Helix Native for the amp plug in, even though I do have other options. In fact I had an email from NI only a couple of days back want me to up grade to Guitar Rig 7 Pro, but I have just bought the upgrade to Synth Anthology 4 - too many choices.

Oh, yeah - is this the next big thing for hardware?

Everything is starting to look and sound alike!

AMAZING! A new piece of gear that I'm in absolutely NO danger of wanting!

Everything that's BAD about the BOSS stuff (fixed blocks, BTS!) and none of the good - seriously, no OUTPUT level knob on the panel???

What planet was this designed on?
