spaciousberf Posted November 2, 2023 Share Posted November 2, 2023 I have a support ticket in* The problem I am seeing is that my hx stomp was on firmware 3.15 and it would boot but none of the buttons worked (footswitches or otherwise) I did a few factory resets (the 2 that I know of) and finally was able to gain function of all buttons and foot switches. however this whole time, when i plug the hx stomp into a speaker or amp, there is no guitar sound and it only makes a low frequency hum. The hum is present weather the volume of the unit is up or down. I have tried to plug into multiple locations at multiple buildings and have had the same result. cruisinon2 Posted November 2, 2023 Share Posted November 2, 2023 At this point you've done all there is to do as an end user... factory resets are just about the only tool we have, unless you happen to be really tech savvy, and can identify and fix your own hardware issues, which is what it sounds like you've got.
