HX Stomp makes a pop noise when going into tuner mode

Does anyone know what can cause this? I never had this problem until I updated recently. 

I also get random volume swells every once in a while. In a four hour gig, it might happen 3 times, but not always. Not 100% sure this is the HX Stomp, but since I am having the issue with the pop sound going into tuner mode, I think it MIGHT be.

I don’t have Stomp, mine is the Helix floor, but this is not something that I have experienced while switching to the tuner.

I notice this is your first post to the forum, plus you mentioned a recent update . Therefore I will ask - after performing the firmware update, did you perform a factory reset and go through the preset update routine. Then did you re-install your back up bundle file that also contains the Global settings for your hardware?

 

First rule of Helix club - if something starts to behave in a weird manner, perform a factory reset on the device.

I have the pop problem also... If I discover any solutions I'll post it.
