Hi,

 

It depends where you’re looking for it.
 

If you are looking for C sharp in the tuner, then you are also looking for D flat. On a piano both the naturals for C and D are on the white keys, and the single black key between the two is the sharpened version of C, and the flattened version of D.

 

Both should read out at 277.183Hz.

 

It’s a little like how English folks spell centre, and in America people spell it as center - different spelling, same thing!
