Tone Blending

I am trying to have on 1 patch a way to blend 2 other patches. So lets say I have a clean patch and a solo patch and when I have the foot pedal up all the way it is 100% the clean patch and when foot pedal is down it is 100% solo patch. As the pedal is pushed there is a blending of the tones so 1/4 way down it is 75% clean and 25% solo- half way is 50-50 etc..

Is the POD capable of that?

If not can it be made available in a patch?

Maybe have the ability to assign one patch left and a different patch as left and when you run mono you can use the pedal as up is right and down is left and they blend as you move the pedal?

I do have a Cube amp in which I have that set up using the internal effects patches. As a gigging musician I find that incredibly helpful.

On my POD Go I was able to set the pedal to change the Drive on the Screamer and that does it somewhat but it is limited. I will upload that patch to the Custom Tone for an example. It is named Tex Drive.

No, what you describe is not possible with the POD Go. Only one patch can be active at a time.

However, you mention having a physical amp as well. If that amp has an FX Loop you can use the 4 Cable Method as described in the POD Go manual. That will allow you to use both a POD Go amp model and your physical amp in the same patch. You could use snapshots to instantaneously switch between your POD Go amp model (e.g. your clean tone) and your physical amp (e.g. your solo tone). You might also be able to assign the Mix parameter of the FX Loop in the POD Go to a pedal and blend them as you wish - not sure how that would work but worth a try.

If you can’t use 4CM experiment more with using your pedal and perhaps other FX in your attached patch. You may be able to get closer to what you want.
