Custom tone site change

Who hates the New Custom tone site and misses the old one? The old site was fine and easy to search for patches. New site is terrible and frustrating. Who else feels this way?

I cannot get custom tones to work I don't find the correct editor. can anyone give me a hand? thanks

I agree.  I used to like sorting by date so I can see new patches that had been submitted and might want to try...now that seems impossible.  bring back the old site!

You can still sort by date. 

 

But, yes, I agree, many sites seem to be redesigning to the point of non-usability.

I don't see any way to get more than one page of results or how to sort by date or anything else.

Yeah it keeps getting worse.  You click anything and the same results come up and notably Date where before it would give you most recent.  Pretty much a train wreck at this point.

It's terrible. Sorting doesn't work. There is no pagination when browsing CUSTOMTONES when not searching, but there IS pagination when you're searching. For instance, if I go to CUSTOMTONES for HX Effects, there are 10 presets. If I search for "PINK", there are 3 pages of presets which match the search term "PINK". 

 

Hard to believe this made it past their QA people.

I'm hoping that this gets fixed as it stands I can only see one page of presets no matter what I do.

but how long does it take to fix this site? evidently the will is lacking, the inconveniences for us users are evident but they don't seem to care.

I can't seem to advance it past the first page or search for anything beyond the first page that lists presets from 2015. Clearly something is wrong with it (??)

I used to sort by Date (POD go) I can´t do this now. Does anybody know how it works with the new editor? Can we Line6 urge to go back to the "old" one? Does anybody of the Line6 staff look in our forum? Does anybody have an email adress to write direct to line6 ?

Totally agree.  The new site is barely functional.  When I select Helix searches, I can't even enter a value.  I have to search all and then find the type of tone I am looking for.  Then, when I am done with that search, I have to start all over again on a fresh search rather than just changing my search criteria.  I get what I need, but it's slow and painful.  Please review and make the searches and "re" search functions more appropriate.
