BBCFender Posted February 17, 2024 Share Posted February 17, 2024 Can anyone send me tips on how to get the 4 cable to work with HX ONE? I'm trying to insert dirt pedals, but no matter what I choose on I/O and pre/post I'm just getting nothing. Can't hear my dirt at all. Is there a GLOBAL setting that I'm not hitting? silverhead Posted February 18, 2024 Share Posted February 18, 2024 It could be a cabling issue. First, check and confirm that all of your cables are working by connecting your guitar directly to your amp with one cable, swapping it out 4 times. Then proceed to a 2-cable setup, with the HX One between your guitar and your amp, so Guitar -> HX One L/Mono input -> HX One L/Mono output -> amp guitar input. After everything above has been tested check to make sure that your 4 cables are connected exactly as shown in the HX One manual pg. 8. Note that the HX One output going to the amp guitar input is different than in the 2-cable setup. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
