Has anyone else encountered this issue?

This morning, I attempted to download presets from Custom Tone for both Helix and Pod Go. When I click on the "download" button, nothing seems to happen. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks!

Forgive me for asking such basic questions but we know nothing about your experience with Customtone, and this is your first post. So….

 

Have you used Customtone successfully before? The Customtone Download action does not load the preset into your Line 6 device. It simply downloads the preset file to the Downloads folder on your computer (or wherever else you direct the default download location). There may be no notification to you that this has been done. Check your downloads location.
 

After downloading the file you need to use the device’s Edit program to load the presets into your device.

It appears that the Custom Tone interface has been updated (well, it looks a little different), but I just went into the Helix section and managed to download a couple of files as a test. Clicked on the download icon and a message pops up asking if I wanted to download the selected item, click on download and whoosh, transferred direct to my download location.

 

I don’t visit Custom Tone that often, so I have no idea when the page design changed, maybe it was in a state of flux when you tried to use it and that was the issue. Try again, and report back with your result.
