Glitch, switching pre-sets without me touching

Anyone else having this issue? My device keeps switching between pre-sets without me touching anything. 

Literally as I'm playing it will just start flipping through banks and pre-sets. I checked for updates on the Pod Edit app but nothing needs to be updated. 

 

I've had my Pod Go since they day it released on the market, but I imagine it would last longer than that..

 

I've attached a video to show what I mean.

 

Any advice?

I would begin by doing a complete backup of your POD Go using POD Go Edit and then try, in order:

- reset the device by holding down the C and D keys while powering up

- reinstall the device firmware

- open a support ticket

If I were to guess, the encoder went bad.  Try taking off the preset-changing knob and spray it with some contact cleaner.  Shouldn't make this situation worse, only better.
