Line 6 Monkey & License Manager - unable to log in

Hello! I'm having an issue with the license manager and monkey connecting to the internet to be able to authorize some gear. It states there is no internet connection or connect problems, but as I can write this, I am connected just fine. At the recommendation of some older posts re: this topic, I disabled all firewall/antivirus protections...still unable to get in to either. Both are the most recent versions. I'm running Win11 64-bit. All other Line 6 programs (Helix, Pod Farm, L6 Central, even GearBox works just fine).

 

Any thoughts on what this could be?
