Elfbandito
Hi, I'm using Helix Native as an insert in Cubase 14. During recording I want to be able to hear only the wet FX signal when monitoring, but i'm hearing both the clean and wet signal. I managed to resolve this issue on an older version of Cubase, but can't remember how I did this and am struggling to find an answer through forums. Is there a Mix setting in Helix Native where I can turn the mix to 100% wet, or is there something else I need to do? FYI I have 'Direct Monitoring' turned off in Cubase. Thanks
silverhead
Try assigning the Output block in your preset to an unused item, such as the XLR outputs with no cables attached. You will no longer hear the dry signal. If using headphones make sure the Headphones output is assigned to the unused item also.

Thanks Hi, You didn’t mention what audio interface you are using to get your guitar signal in and out of Cubase, but this info is from the Helix Native 3.80 Pilot’s Guide page 10. NOTE: When utilizing your DAW track’s “Input Monitoring” feature, you’ll want to be sure to disable any “Direct Monitoring” signal on your audio interface (many interfaces offer an optional function that routes your input signal directly to its outputs, without going through the DAW software). This way you’ll hear only the input signal fed through the Helix Native plugin. See your audio interface’s documentation for details. It maybe worth looking at the guide available here: https://line6.com/data/6/0a00051afef2673cd2e8a197b/application/pdf/Helix Native Pilot's Guide 3.80 - English .pdf Hope this helps/makes sense. Elfbandito
Thanks for the responses guys. This issue is now resolved. I'm using a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20. I set the 'Anlg In 3' i'm using for guitar to 'Off' as shown in the attached image. Cheers
