DeonStassen Posted January 2 Share Posted January 2 I'm experiencing the same issue on Windows 10 with Monkey 1.77. The License Manager 1.16 connects to the internet just fine, but Monkey doesnt. silverhead Posted January 11 Share Posted January 11 A new update utility called Line 6 Central was released some time ago. It replaces Monkey for some but not all older products. For now anyone experiencing these difficulties should download, install, and try Line 6 Central. It may work. If it doesn't I suggestyou open a support ticket. Currently there will be a delay in receiving a response from Line 6 due to the California wildfires which have resulted in closure of the Line 6 offices. robcgill Posted February 18 Share Posted February 18 Any further update on this? Is the Monkey login working for anyone at all lately? This worked sometime back in 2024 - I had all the software installed on this Windows 11 laptop for a UX1 and the Memory Integrity setting disabled to support it. I'm just trying to refresh everything because I discovered I now have to dreaded "robo" effect on a volume change after connecting it. (Light is GREEN when it connects, fwiw.) It's possible the more recent install of a Presonus mic/software and a Yamaha AG06 mixer/software has messed up the Line6 stuff. Just hoped a refresh might resolve. Thanks. yampod Posted March 18 Share Posted March 18 I have the same problem with that same Code 8000200B error when i try to log in using the Line 6 Monkey software, i have purchased a POD XT PRO recently and Line 6 Central doesn't support that product, please Line 6 people we need HELP on this...
