There's no output form the Stomp when I use the cabs 1x12 Epicenter, 2x15 US Dripman, 4x10 Ampeg Pro and 6x10 Cali Power . I did a reset of the unit and restored from backup. Firmware is 3.80. What are you playing through and monitoring from? O.K. I’m guessing you’re a bass player, as those cabinets are listed as bass units. Now, you say that there is no output when using those 4 specific cabs, therefore, I have to ask, does this mean that you can still get audio output if you change the cab to a different model? Also, does this mean that you have used these cab models previously and they did work? Is this issue only with the cab blocks you mention or if you use an Amp+Cab block do they work then? Are all other Amp, Cab and FX functioning as expected? You really need to be more specific in describing the issue you’re having. With a situation such as this, it is a good idea to save/export the problem presets as .hlx files and then upload them here. This would allow other users to load them up to see if they encounter the same thing happening. This will help in trying to troubleshoot these things, to see if it is a bug in the software, or a hardware issue. rd2rk Posted February 1 Share Posted February 1 They're working for me. Strange that it should be only those three cabs. Same problem on a NEW preset? Which reset did you do? After 36yrs on the guitar I've lost my treble ;-) Those cabs don't work when using the amp+cab block, too. All other amp, cab and fx work properly, but I haven't used amps and cabs much. Anyhow, just to confirm that on loading your supplied preset (ChorusAguilar.hlx) into my Helix every thing functions exactly as expected, right from the 1x12 Epicenter, through all the others to the 6x10 Cali Power. It works perfectly with whatever cabinet is selected. This is the full list of reset options for the HX Stomp. Hold these button combinations while powering up the HX Stomp: 1. FS1, 2 & 3: clears all presets/IRs 2. FS1+2: resets presets and IRs 3. FS 2+3: factory restore (globals, presets, IRs) 4. Page >: update mode. This update mode is helpful if the update is interrupted, and the HX Stomp will not boot properly. You will see a blank screen (no visual feedback on the display). 5. Upper (4) & Lower (5) Knobs: Rebuild presets. Wait for "Will Rebuild Presets..." to appear and let go. Because this only happening with a few cabinets you could try option 5 "Rebuild Presets" which upgrades all presets to the latest firmware format. Failing that - reinstall the firmware. If you have reinstalled the latest v3.8firmware and the problem still persists you need to contact Customer Support for assistance .
