Bricked DT25 Available to Good Home in South Yorkshire UK

Hi

Any long timers on this forum may remember a thread about my bricked DT25 combo when trying to update the firmware back in August 2019.

I know others had the same issues.

As I said back then, I had given up on the amp. Even if I got it back up and running using an authorised repairer, if it needs such specialised ongoing servicing, it's just not worth my time and money to sort.

At the time there was only one authorised repair centre in the UK which was a long way from home (I notice there are more than one authorised companies now, but again, none near my home).

It only got very light use at home.

Anyway, the almost new looking amp, complete with the "Unlimited Tonal Possibilities"card cover on the top, is still taking up space in my house.

If anyone near me would like this thing, it can be had for a donation of your choice to a cancer research charity.

I'm happy to meet at a close convenient location - I now live in South Yorkshire.

The amp weighs a ton (what's new!) so carraige is likely to be a reasonable amount of cash, and I would rather just hand it over to someone who is prepared to deal with it's requirements as, I don't want to be messing about trying to find suitable packaging and lugging it around any more than I have to.

Cheers!

MIDI timeout error. Memory buffer or an interface device may be involved in the error.

Check connection and any interface devices. Put the amp portion of the unit into on,... but in Standby mode.

Disconnect any USB hubs, connection must be direct to the computer through MIDI to USB interface,... and then try again.
