RD1967 Posted July 27 Share Posted July 27 So I just updated to the latest Helix version from the previous one and every user preset I import has the same exact settings and my preset seems to be gone even though it's uploaded via edit. We don’t know if you did something wrong, unless you actually explain what you did? Needless to say, there are a set of rules that should be followed, and you can find them here. Note: the really important things are that you should be using HX Edit 3.82, and after updating, you have performed a Factory Reset on your hardware unit, then you can restore from the backup. As usual, when weird stuff happens, perform a factory reset, and if that doesn’t clear the issue, reinstall the firmware. After "edit" was updated I turned on the Helix and opened edit and it let me know there was an update. I went through the prompts step-by-step like I've always done in the past.
