I downloaded a Patch from https://line6.com/customtone/tone/6625944/ - when I copy the patch to Helix Nativ  I get the box - Failed to load preset.  HelixCore: Invalid model. [code -1000302] - what does this mean and how do I fix it?

Hi,

O.K. Here we go

I just downloaded the preset that you linked from Customtone, and loaded it directly into an empty slot on my Helix floor - No problem!

I then loaded an instance of Helix Native in Logic Pro, and once again dragged the preset into an empty slot - No issues whatsoever.

The error code states "Invalid Model", and when I checked the signal path, the Amp Block is "German Extra Red" which is based on* the Bogner Ecstasy 101B Red channel. That amp model was introduced in the last Firmware Update version 3.80 released on 19th November 2024. If you are not running the very latest iteration of Helix Native (v.3.82 - Dec 3, 2024), then that amp model will not be available to use in your software - hence the "Invalid model".

The only other thing that may explain the issue, is that the preset was corrupted during download, or possibly you do have the latest version of  Helix Native, but the preset compatibility settings are set for something like HX Stomp, or Stomp XL.

Hope this helps/makes sense.
