Servo Posted December 3 Share Posted December 3 I'm an old school Helix user since Oct of 2014. I have had the Stadium for a little over a week. I had been playing the factory presets. (Bravo guys!! This thing is SOOOO much better then the Helix). A few days ago, I added some of my presets from my helix onto the rig. I can play through them fine without any issues. Now when I try to play the factory presets, I am unable to get any signal out of the unit via a 1/4 input. I can play the pre-recorded audition clips w/o a problem. There is nothing wrong with the input or output settings (shouldn't matter, on output as I can hear the clips). Any ideas to trouble shoot? I'm stumped. If you reboot... it fixes it.. but then if you try to switch patches.. the thing gets hosed up like a mute is hung on it or something and you arent getting any signal out of any output. I played this thing for 2 weeks.. now i think i might have to go back to the helix until they get this sorted. I regret updating it in a BIGLY way right now. how do i file a bug ticket?
