GATEBAR Posted March 23 Share Posted March 23 I have a Pod HD Pro X and I need to download some Hank Marvin presets from Customtone. I understand that HD 500 X presets are compatible with the HD Pro X. Having opened Customtome, I typed Pod HD 500 X in the search box (image 1). This opens with all the tones. I then type HANK MARVIN in the search box (image 2) and just one preset is found, not relating to Hank Marvin. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. Could anyone please help? There are none of the Pro and Pro X *and just to head this off before it occurs - EDIT is also not compatible if you do a file search. You will need to do the drag-n-drop method instead.
