gswartz Posted April 25 Share Posted April 25 In the Helix Stadium app, if I select window>updates, it brings up a modal window saying that 1.3.2 is available under the device tab, but the download update button is disabled. On the Helix itself, if I tap the hamburger nav icon and go to downloads, it says it's downloading 1.3.2.1340, but it's been that way for about a half hour and it's still at 0.0%. If I cancel the download and try it again, I get a message - Download Failed. Error code: -16. How can I get this thing updated? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

gswartz Posted April 25 Author Share Posted April 25 Man, this is maddening! Is it supposed to remember me after logging in for the first time? Because it doesn't. I turned it on today and it had me set up the wifi again and when I got to the next screen it asked me to log in. It also says I can scan the QR code, but there is no QR code, it's just a white box where it should be. And of course after trying to use the Log In with Username option, after entering my info and clicking the Log In button, nothing happens. Line 6 central is open and my computer is connected with USB to the helix but the only thing in Line 6 Central is My Computer under Connected Devices. I don't see any option to actually do anything in that app. I was really enjoying the tones last night but all this other stuff they added to it seems way too buggy, especially for something that cost me more than $2k. msj12345 Posted April 28 Share Posted April 28 Same here. I had problems logging in and updating and read about it being the wrong timezone(?) or doing via usb(?) I honestly cant remember what I did but fumbled around a few things doing a bit of everything, got it working, and its been absolutely fine ever since.
