Failed to import Preset-error 103

Been trying to work on this but I keep bumping into this Error code while transferring .hsp presets. I also tried exporting a preset from the stadium & importing it back & I get the same error code! Stadium edit is on the same internet connection & I am able to edit presets. But when it comes to importing them from Jason Sadie's website & other .hsp tones I get this error.Really time consuming & bugging !

Been trying to import the same tones I imported an hour back & now it gives me this error message.Would this be a Stadium app bug?

Can someone help pls.

For some reason, when I open Line 6 central it says "no device connected" although stadium is connected & syncing with the stadium app! Has this got something to do with this malfunction?

Also when I try to edit a factory preset it does not allow me to save it on an empty slot, instead I am only Overwrite it to an existing User slot!

Never had so many issues with the app & stadium on my older Helix floor!

Makes me wonder if your app and firmware are the same version. Worth checking?

Also, don’t know if this is relevant but since you mention 3rd party presets you might not have seen this in the manual:

As of this writing, Helix Marketplace premium presets and IRs are not supported. They will be, but unfortunately, we have no timeline to share.

The firmware is the latest.I also downloaded the latest version of the app yesterday, but let me double check if it got installed properly.I downloaded some presets from Jason Saddles site & then exported & imported some of my own presets & factory preset from & to the Stadium & got the same error message.I will probably delete the Helix app & try a new installation.Thanks.

Just checked the app version. It says 1.3.2.I'm running it on Mac OS Tahoe 26.4.1 .Will there be any interference with other apps.I have Logic Pro & UAD Apollo plugins on the same computer. I have transferred all my Helix LT presets on the Stadium (not XL).Will there be any clogging of memory that prevents the upload? I'm not sure how much memory I have left & if there's anyway I can find ,that may be useful to know too.

I connect the Stadium to my Mac book pro using the USB C out/in on both sides. Is this the right way?

Just an update although there is no response yet.I reinstalled the Stadium edit app & Line 6 central although they both were current. With stadium app disconnected I was able to get Central to recognize 'Helium' (maybe a nice name for Helix Stadium ) : !  After disconnecting the central app I connected to the freshly downloaded  Stadium Edit app which refused many times although it was on the same wifi network. Finally got that going, but when I tried transferring.hsp tones from my Mac to stadium I once again hit the same error bug!

Line 6 central shows my Stadium up to date but also indicated a firmware file to download (not sure how that happens simultaneously! ).So I hit the download button on the Central & reinstalled the firmware or Helix.Let me see if it's transferring files now !

Well after all the trouble ,I am still running into the same issue & getting error 103 message rejecting the transfer of tones.I'm wondering if I am the only one having this issue as there's not much talk about this.Quite disappointed! Should I return the unit or wait for the next firmware /app update?

I would open a support ticket if you haven’t already done so. As you say, what you are experiencing doesn’t seem to be very commonly reported here. There are some known issues regarding certain home router/network configurations. Line 6 Support can help you identify any known conflicts.

Also, I’m not a Mac user but I’ve seen reports about needing to ‘unmount’ previously used installers. Perhaps that means something to you.

Thanks. I guess I will open a support ticket. Lastly I was able to import a couple presets clicking on the header list above the edit app but then it does not import into an empty slot but overwrites to an existing preset . Even factory tones when edited & saved , gets saved over a preexisting preset & not on an empty slot.
I’m now wondering if I have overloaded the unit with too many presets from my older helix . Is there a way I can check the existing memory of the unit?

Thanks
