Helix Native not showing on macOS Ventura 13.7.8

I know this problem has been reported on before, but there is no answer yet, so here I go: Installed Helix Native 3.82 on macOS 13.7.8 and experienced what other users have reported: only a splash screen Hi, <name> and <sign out>. I followed the suggestions in "HELIX Native troubleshooting" to no avail and hence created this ticket. Please do an effort to solve this ASAP, because I need it!!

I’m not sure exactly what ‘this ticket’ refers to but this post itself is not a support ticket. To submit an official support ticket to Line 6 you need to follow the Support link at the top of this page.

Raise a proper Support Ticket with Customer Service, as noted in the reply above from @silverhead, but a little digging on Google revealed this:-

 

 

I could be an over zealous Gatekeeper security setting on your machine.

 

Hope this helps/makes sense.
