Hi, This a copy and paste from a couple of years back: Forum contributor Ben Vesco (Malhavok) has made a download available of lots of old and deleted Factory Presets for the Helix completists - if necessary, you should be able to find it there, scroll down to the bottom of the page. http://benvesco.com/store/line-6-helix/ Also - Check out this site for lots of good info. https://helixhelp.com Hope this helps/makes sense.
