tgastel
Hello, First of all, I love my Dream Rig. I understand the output mode changes from whatever I had it set on (Studio/Direct) to Combo Front whenever the DT comes online. But why is it game over for other outputs (S/PDIF, 1/4" Outs) as soon as I turn on the DT amp via L6link? I just assumed the signals would continue to flow out all other outputs. Also, a related question: In the future will we be able to control output mode modes per output connection? Thanks in advance for your input, - Tony

tgastel
Hi again, At some point in the last 1/2 hour I had both L6link and 1/4" line out working. Must be related to the order of turning things on. Don't know for sure, but I'm very happy now. Just need to figure out WHY/HOW they both suddenly worked. I'll reply again with my findings in a little bit. I need to rest my ears. Wonder if I can get the S/PDIF and DT to work at the same time too now? Man can that little DT25 1X12 combo catch you off guard with the Master at 2 O'clock and land on a patch you haven't tweak for channel volume yet. Momentary heart attack. Haven't seen the cat in a while either. Can't imagine that mistake with DT50 212 or 4x12. Celestion should be broke in now... - Tony
radatats
From the POD HD-DT Series L6 Link Connectivity Guide, pg 3-12: Outputs The BALANCED, UNBALANCED & PHONES analog outputs are still available and may be used simultaneously while a L6 LINK connection is active. The level heard from these outputs is controlled by the POD HD device’s Master Volume knob, while the L6 LINK - DT amp level is not. Edit: Previous firmware updates changed the POD Master to also change DT signal levels too. If you have the POD Master low with the DT Master high, that may be why you are not getting good results from the other outputs...
