crimsonfire13
First off, thanks for reading this. If I have headphones connected to the pocket pod and I use a usb cable to connect the pod to my pc, can the pod be used as an external soundcard where all of the sounds from my pc is being outputted through the pod? For example, If I wanted to play a backing track that I have on winamp, would the pod allow me to hear the track so that I can play along with the music? Another example would be watching videos on youtube and jamming along using the pod, would I be able to do that?
phil_m
No, the Pocket POD doesn't have that capability. If you want to record audio from it to the computer, you have to plug it into whatever soundcard you're using. The USB port on the Pocket POD is there solely for organizing and editing presets. Triryche
+1 to phil. But the PP does have a CD/MP3 in that you can connect your pc's out to, or an MP3 player, which will allow you to jam along to youtube and/or MP3's.
