BillBee
Hey There, You can try doing a reset on it. IIRC its Hold the "A" button while powering up. If that doesn't do it you should put in a support ticket as it might need to go in for repair. http://line6.com/support/tickets/ -B

fflbrgst
The Spider 15 is not servicable (field service charge woudl be more than a new amp). I"m afraid your amp might be toasted. How long have you had it?

BillBee
Hey there, Post a link to the vid - never heard of anyone doing that. Most of booze I spilled in amps has resulted in bad results :) Cost of repair is probably more than another used one costs. http://www.fullcompass.com/product/363794.html -B

fflbrgst
You must have bought your amp used, as they haven't made the 2 series since about 2007. How much did you pay? Guitar Center has used Spider 3 15's for $50, new Spider 4 15's for $99. A shop is likely to charge a minimum charge of $60-75 just to evaluate the amp. The sound from the Spider IV is infinitely better than the 2 series, I'd suggest moving up to a new one with warranty!
renaske
I think this is the best option to get new one.thank you for your help.
BillBee
Shop around and see if you can find one of the newer models that take the floorboard too. The bigger Spiders (1x12s and up "I think" not sure which ones so be sure to do a lil research). The floorboard really opens up the amp for live use. -B
leonardofabricio
I am facing the same problem with a spider iv 30 w. My friend was playing and suddenly ... No sound... Nothing working... You can and move any knob and nothing happens... According to some videos from YouTube maybe the problem is caused by a overheating of the processor of the amp, so you should use some pieces or fan etc to dissipate the heat. But i am not sure about it when talking about the IV series...
Sideshow1
Lol I had a similar problem.. 99% of the time people forget the most basic things. The guitar cable.
