  1. There was a Learning with Line 6 | Catalyst CX session on YouTube where this chart was featured that I find useful to better understand the available boosts:
  2. I posted the screenshot on TGP after watching the Learning with Line 6 video on the Catalyst CX. I believe Nick the Line 6 presenter mentioned that the boost chart has been sent around to the Line 6 reps but hasn't been published anywhere else.
  3. I have an Android 11 phone that connects successfully to my Cat 60. I see the popup that you mention when plugging in the cable and after confirming the phone loads the app. I have a USB-C to USB-B cable that I got off of ebay, so nothing special. I would think maybe more of a software initialization problem since you are seeing the popup.
  4. Some users have complained that initially they didn't like their Cat when they got it home to the point they were going to return it. But after spending some time with it (speaker break-in perhaps?), they then reported much better results. Not sure if that's your problem but thought I would pass that along.
  5. If you tap the Channel A or B button again for the modified channel, it will reload the saved preset throwing away the modification.
  6. Some insights on some of the amp models are provided in these videos that might be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gY6V-KRq5iE&t=17s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujBcerTBS-k&t=90s And Paul H. drops lots of model and overdrive hints when he did this demo at Andertons: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HuqRPgYj_5I
  7. https://line6.com/support/page/kb/amplifiers/catalyst/catalyst-android-device-usb-compatibility-check-r994/ I wanted to find out if my Android phone was capable of communicating with my Catalyst and found the above link in the Line 6 FAQ. There is a recommended "USB Host Diagnostics" app to install to perform the check. The only problem is that Google Play store won't even show this 10 year old app to me as being available for my device as it was made for older versions of Android (my phone is a few years old running Android 11). So is there a more modern solution to be able to perform the compatibility check?
