  1. So, you plug the guitar into the amp? Than you put on the Helix a Return Block and plug the RL into he Return 1 of the Helix? And how do you set the Return block? Instrument or Line? Probably Line... Thank you very much
  2. I solved the problem. I restarted the Helix holding the 6 and 12 buttons. It entered in update mode and the PC recognized it again
  3. I already tried the reboot with the 9-10 button but doesn't work
  4. Already tried but it is freezed in that screenshot I posted...even if I press buttons 9 and 10 it doesn't reset
  5. I connected the Helix to the PC, opened the Updater 1.11 and launched the 2.30 update. After reaching 20% of the download everything freezed
  6. I've got a new Helix LT and while doing the firmware update 2.30 everything freezes as in photo. I cannot do anything and the editor doesn't see the Helix anymore...
  7. Thank you I'll try as soon as I get home.
  8. Hi everyone I am currently running the Helix as a pedalboard into an Hiwatt head. I am also using some gain pedals in the loops: Loop 1: Pete Cornish P-1 Loop 2: Tube Driver Loop 3: Kingsley Page I manage the three pedals with 3 different single S/R blocks, but when the loops are not engaged, the noise of the gain pedals still remains. I have solved the problem using 2 different blocks for each pedal ( a send and a return), but doing this I have 6 blocks and not very much space for the rest of the effects. It seems that in the single S/R block only the send is bypassed and the return is always on. This could be the reason of the noise...but I am not a technician! I hope this issue can be solved in the future firmware! Thank you very much
  9. Another Question I was wandering to use two different real heads (a Hiwatt and a Marshall), each one with its own Reactive Load, both inside the Helix, using the Helix for the Modulations, Delays and the IRs and some distortion pedals in the loop. Then through the PA I would like to use the two heads together, running the pedals through both heads, and also have the possibility to switch between the two heads if possible. What do you think?
  10. I use a Plexi style head through the SRL in Loop 1 of the Helix, like a sort of external distortion channel or pedal
  11. Hello and thank you for the answer. At home I run the Helix into an L3t speaker via Line6 link and live I go directly into the PA, using the L3t as a monitor. My Plexi does have a S/R
  12. Hi everyone I have recently bought a Suhr Reactive Load and would like to use it with a cranked Plexi into the Helix using the 4CM template, in order to use the PREAMP of the Helix for some clean/crunch tones and some IRs. Which is the right routing? Guitar - Helix guitar in - Helix Send 1 to the input of the Amp - Amp speaker out into the Reactive Load - Reactive Load Output to AUX IN input of the Helix, then Amp send to Return 1 of the Helix and Amp Return to the Left/mono 1/4" out?. Thank you very much for your support
  13. Is it true that Global Eq is bypassed if you use a Stagesource monitor via the Line6 link?
  14. Hi everyone I have done a patch with the Matchless amp clean and assigned the EXP2 as a expression pedal to change the Volume, Gain, Bass, Treble. Then I assigned EXP1 to the wah. I would like to have the possibility to use the wah with the Matchless clean, but everytime I hit the wah (assigned to toe control) the sound gets dirty because the Amp parameters change, following the EXP2 assignment. I tried to assign the on/off of the wah to a footswitch, but it doesn't work. Can you help me please? Thank you
