I just bought a line 6 POD HD500X pedal and I've read some posts from this forum

I actually have got the same problems as Miguel Marquez in the second post, but it has passed already a year and the thread is not answered.
Ok, I only have 1 computer, and the problem (I think) is that all my USB ports are 3.0, but i would like to see what do you guys think, cause probably I may be wrong.
