Hi. I am now having issues with 3 (sometimes 4) footswitches. Especially the Tap Tempo switch. The delay time on the effect compared to the tempo I tap in are not the same. The delay time seems to run a tad bit faster than what i tap in. I wasnt having the issue previous to the 2.9 successful update. Anyone else experience this? Totally frustrated.

Im close. Im able to select under devices and printers Line 6 Helix sound, video and game controllers. it'll let me choose ok or cancel but not apply. it keeps defaulting back to helix floor. its gotta be some "settings" issue in Windows im assuming.

Wonder if I need to update to windows 10 or 11? I should be receiving a reply from line 6 support sometime tomorrow. ill keep u posted.

Im referring to specific drivers within windows 7. these aren't drivers that line 6 is including with the 2.80 update. My Helix is still currently in "Boot Failure" mode. With these particular drivers, It will allow Line 6 Updater to acknowledge my helix via usb

Thanks for the follow up on this. Can you ensure that the Editor is not running while attempting to connect to Updater. The 6+12 footswitches are used to put the Helix in update mode that should allow you to connect. Once in this mode and connected to your computer, can you launch device manager and select "sound video, game controllers" and then Helix. In this window you should be able to see what drivers you have installed. Can you tell me if the driver version is 1.93?

through my line 6 support ticket I started day before yesterday..

Im currently using Window7 and Im looking for 1.93 drivers for Windows 7. Aparently you need this in order for the Helix to be acknowledged by the latest version of Line 6 Updater. I too am stuck in "Boot Failure"... Tried the 6 and 12 method but wont work until windows 7 1.93 drivers are installed. ive scoured the web to no avail...

Boot Failure. Entered Update Mode is what my Helix has been displaying for a day or so. 6+12 not working. Nothing working. Help?
