  1. I don't understand, but thanks for the info. Where did the information come from? I haven't found anything about it in the manual. I haven't received any feedback from support so far.
  2. Have you already updated, and are you experiencing the same issue? Please let us know.
  3. Yes, that works. I want to control the Helix with one of my controllers, not with the PC.
  4. * * Does anyone here have experience using one of the following MIDI controllers via a USB-C connection? Nektar Pacer Paint Audio MIDI Captain M-Vave Chocolate It is currently not working for me, so I am very interested to know if MIDI control via USB-C actually works with these specific controllers in practice. Thanks for your help! I have already sent the inquiry below to support. ---------------- Support Inquiry: Hello Line 6 Support, my Helix Stadium Floor does not receive any MIDI commands over the USB‑C port. Tested controllers: Nektar Pacer, Paint Audio MIDI Captain, M‑Vave Chocolate All controllers were powered by their own power supply. All of them work correctly via the 5‑pin DIN MIDI input. Function check: All controllers send MIDI correctly over USB‑C when connected to a PC or laptop (verified with MIDI‑OX). Cables and controllers are not the cause. Helix MIDI-Settings are correct (factory settings): MIDI over USB‑C: On Global MIDI Channel: 1 Additional steps: Factory reset performed Firmware version: 1.3.1 Despite all tests, the Helix Stadium Floor does not respond to USB‑C MIDI. Please check whether this is a firmware issue or a possible hardware defect.
  5. I suspect you need to use a filter block with the corresponding filter?!? Maybe also dynamics?!?
  6. Yes, unfortunately, there is an end somewhere.
  7. You can use 3 clone blocks in one preset and switch between them using snapshots.
  8. It works for me with an adapter using the AX88179 chipset. Specifically, it's this one: UGREEN LAN Adapter 1000 Mbps USB Ethernet Adapter USB-A to RJ45
  9. I'm not offended and just wanted to clarify or describe something, everything's fine.
  10. It’s nice to see how determined you are to keep the Line6 flag flying. My post is the result of a systematic test that took over an hour. As a former software developer, I know how to run such tests properly. Shortly after I wrote the post and opened the support ticket, the update to version 1.3.1 was released and things actually got worse. The USB‑RJ45 adapter I had used in the previous test (RTL8153 chip) was no longer recognized at all. I had another USB‑RJ45 adapter (AX88179 chip), which was detected, but the outcome is already described above. I also updated the support ticket accordingly. I’ve noticed several additional inconsistencies, but I simply don’t have the time or motivation to analyze all of this in a systematic way again. In my opinion, the firmware is not yet ready for a public beta test. Since the return window for the device is about to expire, I will be sending it back.
  11. About an hour ago, I updated from version 1.3 to 1.3.1 It got worse after the update. The Helix Stadium Windows app only detects the device in one out of three possible network configurations. Since the update, only the following works: Laptop via LAN, Helix Stadium via Wi-Fi Now the following no longer work: Laptop via Wi-Fi, Helix Stadium via LAN It didn't work before either: Laptop via Wi-Fi, Helix Stadium via Wi-Fi The information below only applies up to version 1.3 I'm experiencing a reproducible connection error between my laptop and the Helix Stadium. The Helix Stadium Windows app only detects the device in two out of three possible network configurations. Tested Scenarios: Laptop via Wi-Fi, Helix Stadium via Wi-Fi: The Helix Stadium Windows app does not detect the Helix Stadium. Laptop via LAN, Helix Stadium via Wi-Fi: The Helix Stadium Windows app detects the Helix Stadium without any problems. Laptop via Wi-Fi, Helix Stadium via LAN: The Helix Stadium Windows app detects the Helix Stadium without any problems. Summary: When both devices are connected via Wi-Fi simultaneously, the Helix Stadium is not detected. Detection works in all other combinations.
  12. Create a support ticket in your Line 6 account for an error message.
  13. This is an officially known issue and is supposed to be fixed with a new firmware update. Support recommends: Install firmware version 1.2.1. If you already have it installed, a factory reset might help. After the factory reset, the problem only occurred sporadically for me. We have to wait for a new firmware update.
