SOLVED Thanks to the support team, great help. Make sure HX Edit is the 2.90 version and your Line 6 Updater is all the latest version Exit HX Edit and turn of the Helix Connect the Helix to your computer Restart Helix LT with Footswitch 6+12 pressed Start Line 6 Updater You should see the Helix now in your divice list and can perform the update Make sure the Computer deosnto go into sleep mode when updating, that was my problem at first.

I just tried to update from 2.8something to 2.90 but the update got me an error message, and stated me to reboot and start the process all over again. Problem is HX Edit doesn't recognise my Helix LT anymore. I can't connect (tried it on two Macs one with the 2.8 version and the other with the Version I tried to update with) I only get a blank screen with the red start bar and a icon in the middle that looks like the symbol for the Knob which you can push left/right up/down. Also starting the Helix LT with FS6 + 12 holding down doesn't help. Anyone here can help me get my Helix LT up an running again ? thanks Manuel

Trying to program different guitar models to change via Snapshots. SO I programmed a preset with different effects, then in the Variax settings to "global" and then hold and dialled until my desired guitar model was shown in brackets. Saved the preset then changed to snapshot 2 turned the knob until I had my other desired guitar model into brackets and saved again. Now when I change the snapshots, all the effects on/off work as expected, but for the guitar model to change it doesn't work reliably. Sometimes it stays at the model the switch on the guitar is set to. Sometimes it switches to the right guitar model 2 or 3 times, and sometimes it even selects a complete different model. I programmed Snapshot 1 with Shuriken and Snapshot 2 with Leicester 5. Coming from a preset where I used acoustic 2 it should change to Shuriken, but stays on acoustic2. Then I change to snapshot 2 and I get the right Leicester 5, than back to Snap 1 I get the right Shuriken, but then back to Snap two all of a sudden I get Leicester-1 Am I missing something ?
