  1. I can't seem to log in, or register on the new page. Everything is greyed out.
  2. I am having an issue saving my output level on a preset on the Helix. I’ve got the latest firmware 3.0.1. After adjusting the output level on the final output block (the circle with the right arrow in path 2), I save the preset by pressing Save twice. Then I switch presets, and return to my newly saved preset. Now the output volume is right back where it was before! I even tried renaming it, and still have the issue. Am I missing something here? All my presets have different output volumes, so I’m not understanding why this preset will not overwrite this parameter.
  3. Many many thanks. Phil! That solved it. You rock, sir!
  4. Yes, I tried setting up the commands and saving the patch with the floor unit alone, and I still get the same issue. This leads me to believe it’s a bug within the Helix firmware, not HX edit. Whatever they did to the MIDI portion of the code in the firmware royally screwed things up. I don’t even know if it’s possible to downgrade firmware to a lesser version on the Helix. What a horrible situation.
  5. I have the same issue, and the reset and restore of the Helix did not help. It still seems to select whatever the hell preset it feels like selecting, not the one I programmed. This needs to be fixed! Right now this setup is completely useless for gigging.
  6. I actually bought some of these for the Helix, but cannot get them to load or import into HX Edit. What might I be missing there?
  7. I just had an issue with this, and did end up removing a .plugin item from the HAL folder. It is an item for a sound utility that I use, which now renders that utility unusable. So I had to break another program in order to get the Line 6 program to work, when it's worked fine on all other OS's for years. When I asked tech support if a fix was being worked on from the Line 6 end, the answer I got was (and I quote): "The remedy to this issue is the procedure you already did. It doesn't impact a large percentage of Yosemite users but it does enough that we resolved the issue." So, no permanent fix planned. Not our problem. Well, that's not great, is it?
