  1. When I try to use helix floor as the audio card with protools I keep getting this notification : The current playback engine does not support a sample rate of 44.1 I have tried changing both the sample rate on helix to 44.1 and 96, and changing the sample rate in protools to 32 but it still doesn't work. I am trying to open a project from a band mate from which he used windows. The forums state that it wont work with Big Sur but should with Catalina which Im using. Helix 3.01 MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 Would appreciate any help thanks
  2. Did you ever get an answer on this? Just stumbled on this myself and it’s aggravating you can’t use floor to control Native.
  3. Can you use Helix Native Plug-in in Pro tools with the helix floor? While recording I want to be able to use the presets on my helix floor and upload them onto my band members helix native. This would allow me to use the helix floor as the controller for the tone that is being recorded thus allowing me to change the tone after if needed while listening back, this would then remove the re—amping process and need for wet-dry recording. They could communicate similar to helix Edit and helix floor, and allow for real time adjustments and tone thanks
