Hi, I have the same issue, it happens on both my PC and my Mac. I have it set up so the helix is the output audio device on my computer, so I can play along with jam tracks on my studio monitors (which are hooked up to the helix outputs). Unfortunately, the helix connection to the computer interrupts every few minutes, so the song stops and I have to reconnect it. Super annoying that a simple setup like that doesn't work. I've tried multiple USB cables and 2 different computers running different OS's and it's the same issue. Not really sure what's wrong.

I have the exact same issue, it's really annoying. Clean sounds are fine, but as soon as I put some light overdrive or gain on the amp, I get this weird buzzing noise that sounds really bad. Have you had any success fixing this? Could it be an issue with the unit itself?
