  1. I also had the same issue. I read that when the LT2 is on its side, the speaker thinks it's a monitor and defaults to mono... When you stand them up, they think they are PA speakers again, and default to left and right! Haven't tried it yet as one of my LTs is at rehearsal studio, but it makes sense if you look at the manual for the LT series... Try standing them up and see what happens and let us know please! Thanks, hope this helps...
  2. I use theMXR 10 band in the loop, works great... Til March or so comes along, but even then, they are talking about a parametric, not a graphic eq...
  3. Hi guys, I found the LT2 to be the answer to my stage issues. When I switched to in-ears, the cool amps I own (a lot!) didn't sound as good. I was essentially listening to the FOH... I use my 500 X for studio and those are some nice sounds! So I got a pair of LT2s for stage and set them to Pa/studio out, with an MXR 10 band stomp in the fx loop to tweak for different rooms, and found that the studio sounds were heaven in my in-ears, all the nice nuances were there from the studio, plus acoustic, without the rest of the band messing with my tone. So, yes, in my case, the LT2 is the way to go...
  4. I was gonna pull the trigger on an amplifi fx as backup to my 500Hdx, cos they were cool, this new unit is already on order at Sweetwater (when, who knows...) but if I had gotten the smaller unit, I think I would still go forward... I am thinking the small unit to write patches at home and the new fx for stage and rehearsals... Cool as all my newer stuff, mixers (soundcraft and QSC) all use the IOS... SEEMS TO BE WHERE EVERYONE IS GOING!
  5. One pack can be used on up to four units/computers, according to scuttlebutt...
  6. Several ways... I used them all, all worked differently but well. Besides above comments, if there is a volume pedal (not an owner of your product) use that at the end of chain, setting min and max volume... The compressor trick above works great, joemish. If you have an expression pedal kicking around with a min vol knob, patch it in last or put after pod (they make stereo ones too...) I also use a MXR 10 band stomp eq for room adjustment, in an fx loop just after amp (or what ever you get gain from, and tweak the thing for more volume and a touch more "cut" be careful there as not to increase gain and you should be good... Hope That helps, I have an hd500x, so I'm not sure if this helps (I hope it does) but just thought I'd throw it out there... Good for johjonkep's issue...
