So a few weeks ago my Helix presets were sounding strange, very weak, but after a day it all worked again. today when I switched it on, they were sounding strange again, in another way. All distorted presets are very loud and trebly, and non-distorted ones are barely audible. but, here's the kicker, all sound from my computer is now distorted, songs that I play along with sound unmixed, like the sound is coming from inside of a coke can or something, no audible lyrics, drums super silent, guitars too loud etc. I tried updating the software, but it didn't help. I started a ticket so we'll see what tech support says.
