  1. Dear Silverhead, I reciever the notification on your post, but your post dissapeared from topic for the reason unknown.

I'd like to explain my idea, cause I find it interesting.

As HX Stomp has the sockets for an external two button footswitch, it's possible to assigh FS4 and FS5 to recall snapshot 4 and snapshot 5 (theoretically).

The preset change is to be performed by pressing FS1+FS2 or FS2+FS3 (ordinary way).

For using 5 snapshots expression pedal must be sacrificed, but that's the price.

Using HX Stomp with midi foot controller could allow to recall even more snapshots.

I dont' believe that adding more snapshots requires more processing power cause number of blocks stays the same.

And this is minor change to OS as well.

Sorry if I posted this in a wrong place, I'm just a newbie )image.thumb.png.53443326b71e1dd0916d9529168b91b2.png

The post disappeared because I deleted it. I realized shortly after posting it that I had forgotten about the external FS4/5 capability so my post was not accurate and that, indeed, your suggestion is feasible. And you’re right that it should not require more processing power (DSP).

I think you should upvote this idea that we’re told already exists on Ideascale.

      Sorry for any confusion.
