yes noise shut down with guitar volume, on my 3 different guitars

i have change the place for power connection, no change no usb connected

Nothing new around my helix, i change the place and BZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz stil there noise gate reduce but don't kill the noise no noise since upgrade 2.20 and still on 2.21, perhaps a coincidence of something breakdown and an upgrade

noise is: Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz without playing and during playing since reset and updated 2.20 and 2.21 no delay block specially even on empty patch

since upgrade 2.20 and 2.21 i have and permanent noise crackink and more when i play a note on sting all my guitars and amp the same i have to stop playing about 20min for headache :angry: i made a support ticket

Ok: a bad connexion in my stagesource L2T made low sound cutting, i wait for delivery in return to enjoy again

not a pb with Hélix, i have the same even when a electroaccoustic guitar is connected by the side. If the guitar volume is not enough, the sound cut like a filter, as the L2T thought it was noise and not music. My L2T is back and i wait for diagnosis

hi, download patches et my Helix don'y recognize them, "importing" freeze and nothing in. V1.12, and now V2.2 and still the problem richiecastellano on the customtone, download and helix don't recognized the patch Helpppp
