I have an external midi pedal, Harley Benton MP-500. The menu and configurations are pretty limited and I'm almost certain that the default firmware can only send values 0 & 64. This works fine fore effects but with any of the splits the first value chooses L or A but the second value of 64 only sets the balance to almost center (R1 or B1). How can I get the 64 value to et the balance to R100 or B100?

Happy Easter everyone and apologies if this has been asked a million times, I honestly cannot find the solution I'm looking for... My two favorite amp/cabs are the following: Clean - US Deluxe Vib Distorted - Cali Rectifier Since the Cali Rectifier is DSP intensive, I cannot put them both on Path 1, I must use Path 2 to use both amps. All I want to do is have a single footswitch switch between these two sounds, yet I cannot find a clean and simple way to do it. The best I've found so far is to split Path 1 (into 1A and 1B, which requires a pedal I don't need on 1B for the split) and send 1B to Path 2 (using the Path 1 split as an AB switch). Path 1 -----> AB Split ----> Clean Amp ----> Output Path 1B |-------> Useless Pedal ---> On to Path 2 Path 2 -----> Dirty Amp ------> Output Is there a very simple way to switch between Path 1 and Path 2 if they're completely parallel? Path 1 would be all my clean stuff and Path 2 would be all my dirty stuff. I feel like adding a useless pedal to Path 1B just to have it flow into Path 2 is more of a hack. Thanks!

hi I have a Variax 500 and it worked well with XPS-AB until now: XLR thru PA - 1/4" trhu a Marshall Amp. Recently, if I switch XLR to PA, it works well and the 1/4" signal is mute; but when I switch to 1/4" the sound thru the amp is good, but at the same time in the XLR signal (that goes thru the PA) there is a noise and not mute. Help! Frank
