Hi all, My Helix Stadium XL has been at the official service center for about two months for a freezing problem, and it still isn't fixed. Symptoms - If the unit is left powered on for a few days, it locks up. It doesn't happen right away, and it hasn't happened at boot. - Wi-Fi is normally on. - At home, it ended up stuck on the Helix logo screen. At the service center, I'm told the screen simply froze on whatever it was showing. What the service center has told me - They replaced the Sound Processing board, the UI board, the Switch board and the power supply unit. - They updated it to the latest firmware at the time (1.4 or later). - After all that, the unit still froze at the service center after being left on for a few days, so it hasn't been returned to me yet. - They also told me the issue has occurred on other units, not just mine. Since it reproduces at the service center, survived the replacement of the three main boards and the PSU plus a firmware update, and has reportedly shown up on other units, this doesn't look like a single bad part. A failure that only appears after days of uptime looks to me like something time-dependent in the software. That's my guess, not something the technicians have told me. Possibly related: "Helix Stadium XL 1.3.2: Wi-Fi subsystem hangs after prolonged uptime" here on the forum. Same report on The Gear Page: https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/helix-stadium-xl-freezes-after-a-few-days-powered-on-still-happening-at-the-service-center-after-sp-ui-switch-board-and-psu-replacement-l.2842745/ To Line 6 staff - Is this a known issue, and is a fix being worked on? - I can share the service case details privately if that helps. To other owners - Has your Stadium XL frozen after being left on for days? If so, please share your firmware version and whether anything fixed it. Thanks.

Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well and enjoying your Helix Stadium! Many of you have been asking about Aura (delay-mod) and Reflections (reverbs) on Helix Stadium and they’re finally here. Both of these much-loved preset series are now available for Helix Stadium, and they were designed specifically for the new Agoura Amps. This is not a straight port from the old Helix. Every signal chain was rebuilt and carefully tweaked from the ground up to fully take advantage of Helix Stadium’s new engine, dynamics, and response. So what do we have? We wanted to create something truly special for Helix Stadium users, so we rebuilt our two best-selling preset packs that are known for their spacious, musical, and mix-ready sound. • Reflections – lush, immersive reverb tones with depth and movement • Aura – creative delays and modulation textures inspired by classic high-end pedal workflows Both packs are fully optimized for Helix Stadium and carefully voiced to complement the character and dynamics of the Agoura Amps. They are designed to sit naturally in a mix while still feeling inspiring and responsive under the fingers. We also offer free versions of both packs for anyone who wants to try them first. On our website you’ll find audio previews.
