  1. My Relay G70 Model RS516 suddenly stop working after I have plugged a bass guitar with into Aux In with a cable just to use the external tuner I have connect on my guitar pedalboard. Really weird as so far as I know should work fine with both, guitar and bass. Anyway, the problem is that now the switch color ring and the audio led are blinking red and there is no sound at all either wireless or cable plugged into the Aux In. Also the LCD backlight display has gone, no light at all but text is still there, I can switch between the transmitters-scenes I have, I can see the battery information and so one, but NO SOUND and NO LCD Backlight. Is this a known issues? There is something I can do by myself or it requires a service?
  2. Hello, I have owned my Helix for about 3 months and I absolutely love it! I also own a Relay G70 wireless system and it has been working great along with my Helix. The Helix owner's manual indicates that you should use the "AUX IN" jack for any guitar equipped with an active pickup like a Fender Stratocaster Eric Clapton signature model. My question is does it really matter what jack the Relay G70 plugs into if I am using a guitar with an active pickup? The Relay G70 also serves an ABY switcher and direct box, so I do have multiple output options to work with if needed. Just curious if it matters or not. I certainly don't want to damage the Helix. It would be nice to not worry about this when I switch to different guitars. Thank you!
  3. Do any of the relay systems fit underneath of a pedaltrain 3 pedalboard? I want to get either the g50 or g70 system but definitely don't have space on top of my board. If it could mount underneath somehow, that would be great. I don't want it to make contact with the ground is the only thing.
  4. I am interested in the new Relay G70 system, since it seems to really offer a lot what I need. I play two instruments (bass, e-cello) and switch in the middle of playing. Thus I would need to know the following: 1) How fast is the switch of scenes? 2) Do scenes switch without any noise? Note, my two instruments need gain adjustments and the switch has to be accomplished really fast. Can anyone tell me whether the G70 is suitable for such a use? Thanks for any hints.
