We recently saw a few cases where after updating a G10TII transmitter, it became non-operational. We believe the root cause is this: Line 6 Updater 1.19 unexpectedly identifies G10TII devices as G10T devices. Due to this, it is possible that one could load G10T firmware 1.06 on a G10TII product. If one ever gets into a state where they incorrectly load G10T firmware onto a G10TII, as described above, the issue can be remedied by downloading and installing the latest Line 6 Updater (version 1.20 or later – the latest version is now 1.23) and using it to re-update the G10TII back to the G10TII firmware. As of this writing, the only G10TII firmware release is the initial public firmware (2.00.0). NOTE: If the G10TII does not appear in Line 6 Updater after a few seconds, try un-docking/re-docking the unit a few times to see if it might then be recognized.

HELP!!!! Just purchased the firehawk fx, the app for Android said I needed to update the firmware on the pedal to be able to edit the sound from the app. I plug the pedal into my pc and use the line 6 update software, but it gives me no device to select... so I use my android to update the firmware, and the pedal freezes during update. Now the pedal says load error 21, it won't let me do a factory reset, it won't respond to my android, and it won't show up on my pc. I have a very expensive paper weight now. I've looked all over and can't get any good answers. Please help, I really like this pedal, But if I can't figure it out, it will have to be returned

I do really love the sound of Mobile-POD compared to the other iOS amp simulator (I also purchased Amplitube & JamUp Pro XT). But I have this problem when plugging the sonicport to an amp, the touchscreen of my iPhone-5 become un-responsive (almost impossible to operate by touchscreen). So, I have to unplug my iPhone everytime I want to change preset or change setting, and it's sux.. I've tried to plug it to amp front input and return line, but the the problem still the same. Has anyone experience the same problem..?? How can I solve this problem..?? Please share.. Thank you..
