msuwendy
Hi i need help here,i cant figure out what the problem here, there is a significantly high pitch noise when the overall volume is at 50 percent and the amp drive at 100 percent
KuRiXY
It could be the normal noise of the guitar if it sounds like a hum or hiss sound. Or do you mean without anthing connected? I have the amplifi 150 and the TT and both make noise even when using headphones and heavy distortions.
msuwendy
Not that hum and noise its really high pitch, the sound that usually comes out if we go near a speaker
Triryche
Does it happen if no cables are plugged into the AMPLIFi? Drive @ 100% is pretty aggressive.

Nope cables plug in both sides to guitar and amp,the high gain amp especially, the high pitch is unbearable,i need to engage the noise gate everytime and it works for now
Triryche
So if NO cables are plugged into the AMPLIFi you still keep the noise?
dpannell
So if NO cables are plugged into the AMPLIFi you still keep the noise? I get the high pitch shrill when I am plugged and the volume is turned up all the way on the guitar regardless of which one of my guitars I plug in, my Les Paul Classic, SG Special (P-90's) Strat and Esquire . If I unplug my guitar and the cable stays in the input jack it makes the high shrill sound also. I tried a half dozen different guitar cables too. It does NOT make the noise when there is not a cable plugged into the input jack. It just started making this noise when I turned it on to play some this weekend. :(
Triryche
My guess is it is normal feedback. But hard to say without hearing it. Can you post a clip? Does it happen with a blank patch?
