wantresultsNOW6
The rubber loop and drum buttons are becoming gradually unresponsive, the middle one has worked loose and split. How do I get replacements for my Spider jam?
TheRealZap
that's likely a service center issue... because the buttons themselves make contact with the circuit board underneath which is the actual switch... meaning you'll likely need a board swap or a comfortable tech that can fix it. wantresultsNOW6
I live in rural Spain, there aren't any service centres. I can fix it if I just knew where you can order parts online.
TheRealZap
your best bet is to call a service center and ask them to help you locate the parts.... Line6 does not provide parts to end users, other than the ones they listed in the web store.

I can fix it if I just knew where you can order parts online. The three buttons (record, play, undo) on my spider jam amp stopped working several years ago. I am using the foot pedal instead for these functions. I have wished a thousand times I could get those replacement buttons. I tried everything I know to get these replacement parts to no avail. Line 6 told me they do not have it, and I was always recommended to send or bring my amp to a service center for repair. After counting the estimated costs that Line 6 gave me, I reached the conclusion that the cost to have Line 6, or, a service center repair my amp, the repair costs exceeds the cost to replace with a brand new spider jam amp. I think Line 6 should be able to sell and supply any part they install on their amps to thousands of customers around the world. Even if Line 6 chooses to not do that, I believe the least Line 6 could do for their customers is share the information where these replacement parts that Line 6 does not have, can be purchased with registered owners of Line 6 amplifiers. JohnnyBravo1212
I usually work with on the **** but the sound of it feels like a service center problem. You can always take it apart and try to repair it yourself but it is advisable that you checkup with a professional and avoid any damage. psarkissian
I have serviced a number of these, getting underneath is a big chore. Best left to a Line 6 authorized service center. Love the product, but not very service friendly.
