jachamp
Hi all, I have tried a number of things to get a looper with something longer than 24 seconds, into the framework with my POD HD 500. I have tried running my DT Jam Man Solo from the FX out, running the output from the pedal back to the FX Return on the pedal but the looper never seems to get the signal. Since I am trying this with headphones and not an amp, I may be making it more problematic. Will this only work with the FX send/return on the back of an amp? or is there some work-around I may be missing?
barneybrown
Your set-up should work. Make sure you have the FX Loop block open and the mix for that block isn't 0%.
Punkyboy
Hi I use de Dt jamman Stereo but with the HD bean I use like this the 2 outputs of the HD (left and right) into the inputs of the Jamman and the 2 outputs of the jamman into a mix table So for you if your use a amp. I think the best way is put your jamman between the Pod and the Amp POD output (left/Right) into Jamman input (left/Right) And jamman Outputs (left/Right) Into your AMP Input, so just use a 3 way cable (2 x 6.3 / 1x 6.3 ) Maybe it can help you
AlexKenivel
What I do: Pod output > TC Ditto > PA
jachamp
Thanks all! I will keep trying. It may be "user error." It's obvious that most of you have found a workable solution. That looper on that HD500 is the biggest weak spot I have found...well that and finding out the first time that this BEAUTIFUL tone I made sounded like garbage through my Marshall Bluesbreaker because a Mesa Boogie head sim through a Marshall combo is...well...ouch!
