Rachmaninoff
When using the HD500X editor, you can reorder the blocks at the top section, by just dragging them around. However, at the section below, where the effects are detailed, the blocks are not reordered, and you end up with a mess after a while. Here's what I'm talking about: Is there a way to keep everything in order, so the blocks are easier to spot?
radatats
Is there a way to keep everything in order, so the blocks are easier to spot? I agree totally but unfortunately, NO! Should have been fixed ages ago...
Rachmaninoff
I agree totally but unfortunately, NO! Should have been fixed ages ago... Line 6 could have hired a less lazy programmer to build their software... I think I'll post this on Ideascale. Edit: it's there now: http://line6.ideascale.com/a/dtd/HD500X-editor-keep-blocks-always-ordered/772304-23508
duncann
They still have yet to fix the bug introduced in the last update where the DEP values are not shown.
AlexKenivel
You could move them around before you put any FX to the blocks to get them into the correct order and not move them afterwards.. When I got my 3rd 500x, I erased all the preset set lists and made every preset on the device my own "New Tone" where I moved the blocks around like so
Brazzy
Yep, if you use the program enough you'll eventually compensate and know where you wan't which effect and just put them in the correct order the first time.
