pianoguyy
If you can think it, you can do it... So, outside of the Mr. Miyagi meditation: Step one in dialing in a tone is - find out what was used in the song you want to reproduce. For example, if you want to make a Lester William Polsfuss tone, you would not start with a Bogner, and you better not use a damn Stratocaster being that Les has a guitar named after him. Go find out what gear November Rain uses, and then use that as a starting point for what you dial in.
moreirajoao
Couldn't u give a hint? ... something like: get distortion X + treble Y and mids ZZ... then add reverb YY...
silverhead
You're asking someone else to do what you can easily do yourself. Do a quick Google search to find out the equipment used in Novemeber Rain, and start there. The detailed settings like treble and mids will have to be tweaked anyway because the specific monitors/speakers/cab you are using to listen to the tone will be different from whomever advises you to use specific settings, and this will affect the tone greatly. AndyParedesMusic
Here's the early Slash rig from the AFD era, which hasn't changed a lot over the years from more recent rig rundowns. https://landerstorage.blob.core.windows.net/lander-user-images/LanderUserGallery_33558/image_dd118117-aaa9-49a9-addc-62ca3e500d52_ However; keep in mind that the M13 only does effect modeling, so you'll want an amp that has the classic "brittish crunch" to get you started. Hoep this helps!
