MusicLaw
Thanks for keeping these available! Downloaded the zip files. Now just need to learn what to do with the Presets after extraction, and how they get rebuilt to work with the latest HELIX firmware. specracer986
Thsnks for keeping these available! Downloaded the zip files. Now just need to learn what to do with the Presets after extraction, and how they get rebuilt to work with the latest HELIX firmware. Just drop the individual presets you want back into Helix. I believe it will take care of converting them.

Yes, there's no "work" to be done. Load them like any other preset file.
MusicLaw
Don't the older Factory Preset need to be rebuilt in some way so they work properly with the latest firmware? Does HELIX Editor handle this is some way when the older version Presets are brought in? Is a footswitch power on procedure part of this? I don't think the Editor handles it entirely as you will almost certainly see rebuild messages after the next time you reboot. Like all presets loaded from previous firmware versions I think it is not a bad idea to wait for a clean boot with no rebuild messages before you start editing them. Line6 has never confirmed or denied that this is the case but as with other software that does updates/rebuilds I don't edit before that process is completed.
