subhamchettri69
I recently bought a Helix and in Bank 1 preset 1A it had a patch called NS Dist and in 1B it had patch called NS Dist Delay and it had some tones like deep clean, pull me under and all but now as I updated my Helix to new firmware version I lost the presets. How do I get those patches someone help me please :'(
willjrock
You'll probably have to go back to the old firmware and export them....Only if they are not in the newer firmware in a different location.
Verne-Bunsen
Not that it helps you now, but it is good practice if you find yourself using a factory preset a lot to save a copy of it in a User setlist. That way you will remember to back it up with your others before updating. They often make changes to the factory presets with new firmware releases and sometimes a favorite might go away or be changed.

phil_m
It appears the oldest one available for download online is Version 1.06.5 All the previous versions are available still. You just have to check the box that says "Archived" to see the older ones.
