bishstu
Hi all, After a quick search turned up nothing. Here's my problem, hopefully the fix is simple. After updating. I made a new patch. All the new effects were there... No problems there. The problem came when I looked for the new effects in an old patch. They are simply not there. Not like they are there and greyed out ala DSP limits. But simply not in the list. Any thoughts? Advice? Thanks in advance!
Karl_Houseknecht
Checked on my recently updated Helix on pre 2.3 patches using the unit's front panel and in the new editor. I can see the Kinky boost and the comp as available selections. When you upgraded, did you follow the prescribed method as outlined in the installation instructions? bishstu
I 'think' I simply let it rebuild patches. Didn't reset it. I did take a backup though so I might try and do the reset next.... Stay tuned and thanks for the response.
phil_m
If these are the last items on their respective effects type lists (I believe they may be), they will disappear if there’s not enough DSP to load them in the preset. This came up before with the Cosmos Echo...
